Die Netzwerkpartner, NEW and Stadtwerke Bonn & Pforzheim challenge

Energy management made easy: A simple, web-based energy management system understandable for everyone, to show the connection (visualization and ideally control) e.g. of predefined wall boxes or heat pumps, e.g. using gamification and presentation of the CO2 footprint or energy savings.

powercloud speed hackathon – Case „Internal Credit Score“

Tech Task: Use our event system to calculate an internal credit score

  • Powercloud generates a lot of events during the customers lifecycle that can be used for the calculation of an internal credit score
  • Use the given data to obtain several events and create a small service that is rating these events in a configurable schema. The result is a credit score calculation based on existing events (e. g. a service that results in a credit value on a given customer ID)
  • The rating can be done based on a very simple model that you define by yourself, or you can adopt it to the results from somebody (or a team) who is working on the non-tech task

Non-Tech Task: Define a scoring system based on the type of information given

  • The task is to develop a scoring model based on a typical customer lifecycle that is generating numerous events like a new contract, events about late payments, dunning events, instalment plans and also external credit scores from Schufa, Crefo et.
  • Define the events that you want to integrate in your model, what kind of information you want to derive from it and how to calculate an internal credit score from it
  • Make transparent your approach to define and verify your model based on a short research or your
  • Define a way to improve the model over time with an existing costumer base and a lot of available data
